Maybe you know this, or maybe not: That was his own hair in Withnail & I - he only wore a wig in Doctor Who because in his immediately previous project he'd played a military man and been shorn of all the long locks that Segal had imagined him playing the Doctor in.
Belatedly, oh, I know it's his hair in W&I. What I meant was, I had lots of W&I and lots of WigDoc, but nothing else. Which is a lie now, since I found stuff.
