SFW: The one with the flirting in it...
Bones: I could not love this show more. Possibly.
Sully. I like this guy. Can we keep him? He's off-beat, a little weird, and, well, that kind of fits right INTO the whole Bones crew. Not to mention. Sullivan. Does the FBI hire only men with odd first names? (Fox. Seeley. Sullivan. What next, Hortense?)
I like that we actually got a little backstory for him---in his intro episode (BSG writers, take note, that? Was far more effective than the Shocking Revelation of Kat's Backstory and Dad's Emo, not to mention, FAR BETTER than the Adama Marriage crap you plan on foisting upon us soon).
"I don't know." Oh, BOOTH. You're human. You can't control the whole world, though you want to.
Seriously. Therapy through building a barbecue pit = awesome.
So was the fact that he and Brennan TALK about shit, and she calls him and he calls her, and... they're partners, and it was jarring for them not to be working together, but they dealt.
--Speaking of Sully again, HOW AWESOME is he? "I've been hanging around a real woman all day. You should try it sometime." Srsly. Can we keep him?
"Got caught in a pornado." Hodgins, you are NOT getting laid tonight... Probably.
I love that Booth was so adamant about being straight. OH BOOTH, the boyslashers won't care! You could have been in a monogamous, het relationship for your entire run on Bones, and you'd still be boyslashed.
Also. As much as I love the idea of Booth and Brennan hooking up and doing Teh Sex, and trying for some sort of relationship, I don't think it would ever make it as more than a brief fling. He wants a commitment, and that's something I don't think she'll ever consciously give. Unconsciously? Now that's another story, entirely--please see her every call to Booth in the last episode. 'cause. She needs him, but she doesn't Need him. If that makes sense.
So, Sully? Sully is free and easy, and wouldn't have a problem with that, I don't think.
Oh, how much do I want to see him get in her pants? A LOT.
ALSO. "My brain adjusts quickly." Brennan! That was SO a pick-up line.
I liked the case, too, if anyone wondered. Bill S. Preston, Esquire as a titty boy was awesome. And I liked that Angela was stupid (OH ANGELA), and that the dad... snapped. omg. yes.
