Hero, in numbers.
1. Please don't ask me to explain how Adama served for two years prior to the cylon attack on the big G with Kara and Boomer (who was a rook for those two year--someone explain that, too) and yet, suddenly, a year before the attack, he was in command of the Wagner opera. Seriously, guys, put down the Mercedes Lackey novels.
2. Martian Manhunter? You were pretty damned cool, and you got your ass saved by Kara and Kat, two of my favorite people. But I gotta ask. Dude. Why don't you punch Clark in the nose like that? 'Cause, man, does Clark need to get punched in the nose. A lot.
3. And while you're dropping the Lackey books, please stop reading Gael Baudino's Dragonsword. I don't want Kara to become a Goddess. Dad is NOT SOLOMON BRAITHWAITE.
4. Adama's manpain bored me.
5. Tigh's, otoh. OMG.
6. There was a flash of Ellen and porn and I didn't hate it. I just felt very sad.
7. How much did my boy rock? Even in his pain, he's a more logical thinker than Dad. Yay.
8. ALSO. How hot was Roslin at the beginning. Dear god in heaven, why can't we have more of that? And let's talk about the last conversation between her and Dad. That? That was foreplay, people. There was a huge desk there, and I was like, "...and then they done sex."
9. Even with only eye, Tigh still kicks ass. Yay. I think I don't hate the reset button as much, here.
10. Speaking of the poster girl for the reset button club, Kara watching the footage? Um. Maybe she was studying the raiders for tactics? But. um. She was hot. And smart. And, look! She and Tigh have respect now. Freaky.
11. Does this mean we could have Wondy and Flash show up to kick some cylon butt? 'Cause that would be cool.
