ok, so, it's like an ugly-ass cover. But. Still. Now I have an icon for random Who/NA/Pete Wisdom commentary. *cackles*

eta from the future: icon was from no future.

I kind of want to reread it now. Again. For the seventh time. Damn you, White Darkness, damn you! Ooh. Shadowmind. *wanders off*

I should totally make you read some of the NAs. The Virgin ones, which are far superior to the drek BBC are putting out.

Anyway. Paul Cornell wrote No Future which was Seven and Benny and Ace in 1976 London and punks and Nazis and futuristic gadgets and, really, pure love, in a way.

*zombie chases*

Wait, wasn't this also the one where Benny and Ace mind-swapped?

*catches Transit, and devours for its loveliness*

Uh... I don't think so?

Eh, I don't pay attention to that sort of thing. And I still see them in the store, thus, still publishing.

Maybe, but I like No Future.

I meant No Future, though granted, I've only read that one once. My brain was still icon=topic.

*fidgets* Actually, I rather like Transit. Even though there's no Ace.

*headshake* I did a topic reversion to No Future, my bad.

I think we both meant "No Future". I don't remember any brainswapping...

Hm, well now I need to read it again, because I could have sworn there were lines about minds being uploaded/downloaded as some sort of safety measure and when Doc tried to put things back, he briefly mixed them up, or some shit. It's Cornell, so *waves a hand*

rar. I read it too long ago to remember. I don't think that bit's in there, though. Maybe one of the ones around it.
