We have seen Boomer and Six with some varying in hair length. Given they are like humans in almost every other way. Sure why not.

Good point. Although, of course, the Cylons couldn't improve on humans, and have magical baby-popping-out uteruses. Hrm. Maybe Cylons have the same gene that keeps my hair a certain length.
