So, so, as some of you may've heard, I have the oldest computer EVER, and it's a pentium 2 running WinXP. It takes the fucker ten minutes to boot up in the morning. For serious.
Today. Anyway.
Today, I'm chatting with C., my other boss, and I'm joking about the spreadsheets she's telling me to open. "Yeah, I wonder how many before I crash my computer, heh." And she says, "So, just use T's."
And I point out that, no, T's isn't a new one, she just got the surplus monitor.
Cue C. going, "All right, let's give you J's old computer!" Which is new.
So, now my work computer is a pentium 4 running Win XP. OMG IT'S SO FAST.
However. When they set it up, they locked out the internet. Which would be fine. Except... My last link to sanity...
Actually, it's mostly that I'll need the 'net to process CC transactions. So. Must point this out in the morning. MWAH. OMG. NEW computer. All for me! *hugs it*
