SFF: Early Early Is That Ice Cream? Edition

Have I mentioned I love this show lately? Because I do. Truly and deeply, in many ways.

1. Mitchell and Sam at the beginning? Cam wanted to drag her off for Jello and sex.

2. Thinking Daniel would see them--ALSO, referencing Crystal Skull, Cameron the Geek, and it not working precisely. I love that our heroes aren't always smart, they don't get everything immediately.

3. Sam being OMG!frustrated at not being able to do anything. And her wanting to smack people (seriously, she should have)

4. TEAL'C. Arms, weapons, his anger at the destruction. Plus, his total nonchalance at seeing Cameron.

5. Cameron taunting zombie!man.

6. The interweaving plotlines, the fact that they're trying to do something with a vague arc is utterly fab. And I love that the devices the Sodan used are based on Merlin's tech.

7. Cameron bringing up bodily functions! I literally was typing to karma_aster "You might as well ask how they go to the bathroom" AND THEN HE SAID THE THING. It was freaky.

8. Daniel's reaction to getting phased. Just, SO SO perfect.

9. Colonel Reynolds! You're alive and not a bastard!

10. The ending. The ending kicks, man. I love this show.

11. The Sam and Cameron slap fight. He stopped, because he so knew she'd kick his ass. Also, Daniel and Sam poking each other. They stopped immediately, knowing it might lead to sex a long, drawn-out argument.

12. That Sam doesn't know Ancient very well. YES. This is a plus. It makes her less of a Mary Sue.

13. The button-pressing. "Please press the yes button."

The Ori are the New Enemies, they debuted this season, since the Goa'uld are all disenfranchised.

Sibling... er, mebbe. He's prettier than Jack. (actually, Kara's prettier than Jack and Cam, so, she wins)

I haven't watched SG-1 in a month or so, and I really enjoyed this episode. The humour was really spot on, and I loved the Cam/Sam stuff.

I was cracking up all through when Walter and random doctor were trying to figure out whatever, and Sam was getting frustrated with them.

And Vala is back next week. YAY!

I loved this episode. It was so cute. And had so many fun team moments. Sam and Cam are great. And I love the way they have Teal'c and Cam interact. It's just so nice.
