I can't believe I fucking wrote this. This was in my head at work the other day.
"I had something to do with it!"
"You are such an ass."
"So are you," he shot back.
"Fine."
Samuel crossed his arms. "Fine."
Without waiting to see if the impasse would be broken, Kara stalked off. She had a CAP to fly. And a lover to try to forget.

When she returned from patrol, he held a corner of the blanket for her to clamber under. Shedding her clothes, she complied, shivering.
After sticking her feet against his legs, she mumbled, "I still don't want kids."
"Yeah." His hand curved over her belly. "See the Doc in the morning."
