There will be spoilers in a moment. but there wasn't enough Kara.
Helo and Kara as the Old Married Couple was damned amusing. "We should have stopped and asked for directions." "We're not lost!" "Then where are we, Starbuck?"
Mmm. Shippiness.
The two of them in the fire fight ("I don't wanna go, you go!") also made me laugh. And Kara with guns? OMG. Please can I have one?
Hot. Very hot.
Er. There was stuff on Galactica. Tyrol declared his love for a toaster, Baltar pointed out to Six that he only loves himself, and he's kind of incapable of loving anyone else (hey, Six, you knew that when YOU FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM), there was a mock-up of Kent State and/or some other Historical Thing (gosh). There was Significant Blood.
Ellen obviously never sees the big picture.
And now Zarek has his hands on Lee and the Prez. Gosh.
Cally shot Boomer. Yay. Er, was that supposed to be shocking/sad? Erm, cause it failed to do either, especially with the camera angles that made me roll my eyes.
Anders isn't bad. Kara is hotter. Helo is hotter than Anders, but I guess he's still hung up on the toaster.
The 'game' was amusing, and it's nice to see that Kara's knee wasn't damaged at all when she fought Six (Oh, continuity, what's that?). And her hair keeps growing longer. Shucks.
I guess the Cylons have a use for the people. Or really don't care. Was Anders in the fleet at some point? Did he flunk out of war college?
Don't think too hard about this show, people, 'cause unfortunately, it's mostly surface gloss.

See, my feeling is that Ellen sees a bigger picture than just about anybody, and is an utterly opportunistic manipulator. After tonight's ep, she's probably pissed that Adama's back to his standard position of pulling Tigh's strings, bumping her to the side.
I don't know if she's a Cylon, or if it's even intentional, but whatever the case, she's probably the most destructive force in the fleet.

As for the rest of it, I enjoyed it. I kinda liked the way the Chief's drop of blood hitting the deck at the beginning and Boomer's drop of blood hitting the deck at the end tied the episode together so artistically. :P

It's not just a visiousness, she's clinging and running out of control. The Chief is her one universal constant, and they locked him up. This isn't in an "she wants to sleep with him" way. It's in a "she respects/cares for him" way. Couple that with her breaking on Kobol (when she froze), and Chief almost dying again, and she's ready to kill for him.
Yes. More pain! And limping. I mean, if her cuts were all healed, that'd be one thing. But they weren't...
