..guh.

Dear SciFi, putting the half-naked Kara writhing with Zak promo right after an old-skool Galactica scene is very unfair. Especially when OSG bores me, and then I'm suddenly seeing nekkid Kara.

...'scuse me now, must go do the dishes. With lots of cold water.

I haven't asked this in at least a week: please can I have a Kara Thrace of my own? kthnx

Wow, talk about psychological programming. We don't even get promos for next weeks episode before the end credits anymore. *scowl*

*smirks* What exactly would you do with me, honey?

Oh, I'm all about the maginalization of women. I believe I've ranted quite extensively about it.

*distracted by Kara*

I still haven't seen the old BSG esp as it airs at the most inconvenient time. *sighs*

You're not missing much

Doctor Who is better

Er... it's kind of amusing?

[identity profile] liminalliz.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:49 pm (UTC)(link)
*needs to see new who, ARGH!*

Yes, and I want to see how it rips off SW as we know that was the point behind it.

[identity profile] replicarter.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Just passing through.

*nodsnodsnods* There should be, like, tivo for that.. Or something.

"Yes, you, too, can have..."

er...

[identity profile] liminalliz.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:50 pm (UTC)(link)
Starbuck/Ba'al!?! *brain breaks too*

[identity profile] karathrace.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Through to where?

[identity profile] karathrace.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:51 pm (UTC)(link)
I refuse.

[identity profile] redstarrobot.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:52 pm (UTC)(link)
The best thing that can be said about it is that it has Lorne Greene. And, uh, that some people miss the Mormon subtext? It's... a comic book, essentially. And not one of the new gritty ones, but one of the old "Gee, Superman, my cat is stuck in a tree!" kinds. If you're in the mood for funny little comic book television, it does the job. But it's virtually an entirely different genre from new BSG.

Doctor Who is better.

This, from a woman who'll sit on Baltar's lap.

tries very hard to get a Ba'altar crossover out of her head

I was drunk! For frak's sake, give me a break.

Actually, I meant old Who... Even if half the companions tended to twist ankles inconveniently...

Awww.

*offers half-naked Baltar*

Sorry. Kara is mine.

[identity profile] replicarter.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:57 pm (UTC)(link)
Not quite sure actually... but obviously not this place.

[identity profile] redstarrobot.livejournal.com 2005-04-25 05:58 pm (UTC)(link)
There weren't that many ankle-twisters, were there? Lots of screamers, but I only recall one twisted ankle or so.

They did all wear very short skirts. Even some of the male companions.

Goddamn, Leela needed her own spinoff show.
