Well, we haven't seen Cassie for a while, either - was she even at Janet's funeral? - but I'm sure she's still around. And I'd like to think that Jack and Sara are still friends, if nothing else. ^_^

I'll admit to saying that I only reasonably like Neo because Trinity IS FORCED TO loves him. And Mulder got on my nerves but Scully liked him well enough.

But Sam and Jack? God, they're probably one of my few favorite pairings where I like them individually as much as I love them together. (Hannibal/Clarice is another, Liz/John in ways, AxI of course and um...:looks at ship list: yeah.)

Poor Fifth. I guess he's an ex-stalker since he gives up the original for his own version. SO HOT.

No, we haven't seen Cassie. I think she's been mentioned once or twice. Current fanon has her in college, I think.

And I think I know why she wasn't at Janet's funeral, but I'm not sure how it works (does she still have the remains of a naquadah bomb lodged into her bloodstream? Or were they just stupid and didn't bother bringing her there?)

As for Jack and Sara, it's damn hard to say. I think it might be too painful on both their sides to be friends. But I could be wrong.

I must have missed the episodes where she was mentioned. How old was she by that point, anyway? Old enough to live on her own, I would hope, because otherwise it would have been nice for them to say who took her in after Janet died.

And I don't know how the naquadah bomb works, either, though I would have thought it would have dissapated by then. Come to think of it - and I haven't seen this episode, so I'm not 100% sure - didn't they bring her to the SGC during the Hok'Tar (Hok'Taur?) incident? I've only seen one clip from that, where she was making the chess piece hover and turn in mid-air, but that sure looked like the Infirmary. Of course, that was only a memorial service, right? They probably just didn't show us the actual funeral.

And Jack and Sara... Well, maybe not good friends - I doubt they call each other every day, for example - but I'd think they're at least civil. I mean, there were some very strong emotions between them, and likely still are, to a more limited degree. But I suppose I could easily be wrong. ^_^
