I remember hearing about that place. Pretty much anything that a normal teenager would do would be grounds for getting sent there,nevermind the actual bad stuff. *rolls eyes*

I've read about these places. I'm interested to know what kind of human beings are going to come out of them. We probably won't see proper backlash until then.

And hey... I wonder if this could be considered a bit of a precedent, but... people have now gotten in trouble under U.S. law for abuses they inflicted on children in other countries... it was specifically a case where a guy hired child prostitutes in Asia, but I wonder how long before it applies to other things.
