I did a major milestone, for my room. I dismantled my bookshelves and took the posters off my wall. Everything's so bare looking now. And two of the book jackets on the wall had... mold behind them. God knows how they got damp enough for that (one is just below the ceiling, the other catacorner to that... The ceiling showed no water damage, and the one above the catacorner one was perfectly fine...). But. Uck. Dusty nasty crap.
Here's hoping no one in the house is allergic to it.
I think I've packed all of the books I'm putting into storage. Of course, I thought that earlier, and I came back to the computer and 'lo and behold, there were MORE BOOKS TO PACK. I think they were hiding. Or breeding. I'm not certain which yet.

In other news, I spent some time tonight doing this http://lysanity.topcities.com/collage/gambitkurt.jpg to the cover of September's ... X-Treme, I think. Eh. Anyway. I was bored, and now I have a leather-clad Gambit. Life could be good. Now I need to find some Crichtons.... (that's a copy/paste url, btw.)
