out the window backwards

1. I have managed to (mostly) adjust to reading the new friends page. It's still ugly and feels awkward, but I suppose I'll live.

2. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

3. I am up to date on PoI, BatB and Elementary. <3 (I'm finding that all three shows are having similar broad-strokes themes at times. I'm just waiting for the episode where Joss Carter gets an intervention from her fellow detectives--or does that FBI thing count? idek)

4. Still at the beginning of s3 with Pretty Little Liars.

5. Still completely behind on Lost Girl, Scandal and... whatever else it is I used to watch.

6. Eagerly awaiting new Who. SCIFI WITH SPACESHIPS. <3 (I seriously crave SPACE sf, you guys, and the fact that no one is producing any is depressing. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER URBAN FANTASY SHOW, GODDAMN. In fact, I don't want ANY of the new shows that are coming out. Nor do I want fantasy with ~gritty ~realism.)

7. I was eating thin mints with hot cocoa earlier. Biting the ends off and sucking the hot liquid through until I had dissolving cookie mush in my fingers. I feel about five.

1. I still haven't switched to the new friends page, nor has it changed for me without me asking. *shrug*

6. SCI-FI! I miss actual, real sci-fi as well. *sigh* Especially with bonus mythology and sexy robots cybernetic organisms. I didn't realize just how amazing it was to have a show with multiple copies of men who look like Callum Keith Rennie until it was gone.

7. Why didn't I order any girl scout cookies?!?

I'm behind on Lost Girl, as well. I think I'm up-to-date on Scandal, though. Same with Pretty Little Liars.

YES I WANT A NEW SPACE SHOW!!! Alas, we are getting NOTHING. There are like...6 new pilots that look appealing to me and that's because of the cast(s) not the actual premise(s). Kinda like last year :(

THIN MINTS! Best!

I just have to say--I love the song your post title lyric is from.

6. SERIOUSLY. That is all.

SPACE SCI-FI!

All the yes to #6.

And yet, we both know, we'll both watch new urban 'scifi' they throw at us, more likely than not. ;)

I'm starved for space/hight tech sci-fi. It's so bad I'm considering seeing Oblivion even though Tom Cruise is in it. It's sad when a kid show is ones only option on TV. Although I still hold some hope for Defiance bringing at least some of the high tech to the screen. I wish they'd just made Slingers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyeYs8JPqdY) already.

1. I think if I didn't have a completely basic account, that I wouldn't be seeing it (or could switch), but LJ has long wanted to punish us early adopter types who refuse to give them money or look at ads. =D

6. *snerk* BUT YES. it's not like spaceships are boring, dammit. sigh.

7. I hadn't ordered any in years until now, possibly because I wasn't sure I'd still be where I was when they came in? idk. But this year, I was like, "no, screw it, order them anyway!"

I seem to remember that a few of the pilots looked interesting. I just don't remember what they were (and I think I'm just tiiiired of no space shows.)

Probably I'd be more up-to-date on PLL, but I watch with other people, so unless our schedules all mesh, we don't watch. But we do marathon when we can.

ESPECIALLY when falling apart and melting against your fingers. omgchocolateygooyness.

=D \o/

Every so often, I fall out of the habit of listening to them. And then I get bored with other things, and Belly is back on my playlist, and I'm torn between embarrassment over 90's styles, and glee, as I do really love their stuff.

I mean, I get that stuff like Farscape and BSG and Firefly and Babylon Five are flukes, but, c'moonnn, guys. There is a great deal of space opera sf left to produce. WHERE IS IT. Or there should be. sigh.

It depends? Like, I pretty much avoid vampires. And if it's all about some dude's destiny (Teen Wolf and Grimm, for instance), I'm pretty much not gonna watch.

But ho-shit, if they do another Pretender or similar, with magic or whatever, I am there (hear that, TNT? you could do a reboot)

My craving is so bad, I almost want to watch that BSG Blood and Chrome thing despite having zero interest in Adama.

I will probably sate it with some Farscape or Blake's 7.
