Sometimes, I think about all the other stuff the show showed us about other characters, and how little we got of Kara/Sam (even later, which is grating), and I just. I throw up my hands and whine. Because, yes. That time was pretty important, and while we got SOME of it, we never got enough. (The Plan wasn't enough, either)

ITA completely. It always bugged me that the writers chose to place so much focus on characters that really didn't need it (Adama, for instance) rather than characters or relationships that really could've benefited from more development.


(and especially, the Year--also, Athena and Helo. MY GOD, those two got shafted during the Year, but that's digressing)

Again, SO true.


But, yes. I love them at this time, when they're not complicated (except how they kind of are, and they had a suicide pact and he gave her the arrow back and made her leave, and---asdfk. er).

lol, yes. Despite this being their least-complicated time, there's still plenty of stuff for them to deal with, which is one of the things that makes them so fascinating.
