lyssie: (Claudia doubts your commitment)

If I remember to sit up straight...

1. No, I haven't gone to the doctor/whatever. They're not going to tell me anything I don't already know: a. take ibuprofen for pain and swelling. b. take it easy and don't go lifting twenty-pound cats. (my injuries are bruises and strained muscles, and my legs are mostly not annoyed anymore)

2. All those fics with people having sex with chest injuries, like bruised ribs and shit? OMGWTFNO.

3. I have managed to unroll a BSG/Firefly epic in my brains. I need to hash it out when I'm more awake.

4. Why is there no Claudia/Helen femslash? (Primeval) RULE 34 IS FAILING ME. (No, I still haven't managed to get past episode five. There was a car crash and stuff)

I've only just read about your accident and I'm so glad you are OK but speaking from experience - go to see a doctor. There could be some injuries you are not aware of because everything hurts and later it will be much harder to do anything about them. I thought I was fine too and now I have a crooked sternum. And if the bruises are really big they might be able to take the blood out - otherwise it can be bad for the blood vessels, especially those in the legs.

2. And what about those who like pain :P

4. You know that part of Rule 34 when you mention in public that something doesn't exist... You probably do.

4. I do, but it hasn't helped. *sulks* (it doesn't really surprise me, Helen's only motivation is Men, so)

2. There's a difference, I think? Pain is less the issue and more where it's located.

1. I highly doubt I can afford any of those procedures, and I doubt my insurance will cover any sort of visit, since it's bare-bones.
