Rabbit food.
Well, people seem to think salad is rabbit food, anyway...
Lyssie's Rabbit Food
3-4 handfuls of shredded lettuce (more or less, depending on your tastes)
1 whole tomato, diced
1 handful of diced red onion (red is sweeter, so it tastes better)
Some cheese. Preferrably jack or mozzerella, but colby/jack is also acceptable.
Shelled sunflower seeds.
Preferred salad dressing (I like bleu cheese, but italian or ranch'd work, too)
Dump the lettuce, tomato and onion together on a plate--or a bowl--stir, so it all sort of mixed. Grate some cheese over this (not a lot, just, like... maybe so about half is covered finely). Add about a handful of sunflower seeds. Stir. Add dressing as desired. Toss.
Eat with a glass of water, or coffee....
*g* Rabbit food is good.
