Well, soy milk chocolate is okay, apparently, and dark chocolate? I don't know, I have a friend who just went vegan. SO not my thing, but if she's happy with herself for it, I'm good with that.
Actually, I do have a vegan cookbook that I use occasionally, but of course I start doing crazy things like using chicken stock and adding animal protein to dishes. All in all, it's rather tasty, but even better with meat :)
It depends on their reasons for doing it, I guess. If they're vegan for ethical reasons, then they're not missing the point. If it's just about calorie-cutting, then yeah. (Most of that stuff does taste godawful, though.)
The only people I really laugh at are the ones who cry about how hunting is SO CRUEL and barbaric and how can anyone DO it ... while munching on a cheeseburger. O.0
