Hehehehehe.
So. For those who didn't know, I'm on the committee for a local convention. Name That Con.
We have a website. It sucks. It always has sucked, and it always will.
However, recently, we have suddenly found out that our name had expired. In March. *snickering*
I can point fingers, because I'm not stupid. Mac let it go deliberately 'cause they've never paid him, and they didn't let him be head of security this year.
OTOH, the guy who now owns the name wants something like 2000 dollars for it.
We don't have it.
I'm amused. Highly.
This is a big fuck-up, and I'm just sitting in my little corner laughing my head off.
