WHERE SPOILERS COME FROM.
A morality play. Or something.
I know where HP spoilers come from. Well, the DH ones.
What happens is that some OOTP spoilers are getting all cuddly with some Revenge of the Sith spoilers, and then there's a little accident, and nine months (and a lot of wanking) later, they produce bouncing baby HP DH spoilers, which grow up to be big honking spoilers.
As everyone knows, of course, spoilers make fandom hot and bothered, which causes more wanking, and thus, more baby spoilers.
Torchwood spoilers, btw, are what happens when cute little Doctor Who spoilers get trapped in a dark alley with old X-Files spoilers.
